Being an educator, I often tell people "Anything worth doing is never easy". And keeping in tune with that concept I often set my own challenge. I would take a course and complete government exams and feel the anguish and learn to cope. Then I would relate my experience to theirs and help them along the way. For myself, I am ever seeking a challenge, higher, greater, consistently more difficult. Eventually I needed something visuaI and something grand! So I decided to begin a healthier lifestyle. Not just dropping the weight but going further still and becoming better in Mind, Body, and Soul. And so, this is the history of my never-ending journey. The Best Health and Wellness possible.
